When melon season strikes, we love finding ways to use them as much as possible. Hence, these Citrus & Melon Spritzers! We tested both virgin and alcoholic versions and both were delicious, so they’re great for just about any occasion. Let’s do this! We chose honeydew melon for these 4-ingredient spritzers, but feel free to swap in whatever is seasonal and looks fresh! Melons are especially rich in potassium and vitamin C, and are also packed with nutrients such as folate, vitamin B6, magnesium, and fiber. To make the melon ice cubes, use a melon scooper or knife. Simply pop the melon pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the freezer and wait a couple hours. To make the juice, mix honeydew, lime, and sugar in a jar, then strain and press through a fine mesh strainer. The juice is then added to glasses of melon ice cubes and topped with sparkling water. The result: a simple, festive, and refreshing drink! We hope you ENJOY these spritzers!
