Cantaloupe: Choose the ripe and sweet one. You can use honeydew melon instead.  Sugar: It is optional. Add more or less depending on the sweetness of the melon. Most of the time I skip it. Water: A little amount of water is added to get the juice consistency. Use the chilled water to make cantaloupe juice. 

💭Tips To Make BEST Cantaloupe Juice

Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of your cantaloupe. Highly recommend using ripe and sweet fruit so you don’t have to add a ton of sugar. Strain or Not strain? It depends. If you like pulpy juice then no need to strain. Otherwise, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer to get a smooth juice. Storage: Fresh cantaloupe juice should be consumed within a day. As the fresh fruit juice sits longer, it loses its nutritional value and fresh flavor. Chill the cantaloupe in the fridge before juicing to get chilled juice. Otherwise, you’ll have to add ice cubes and that dilutes the juice
