How To Make Gajar Suva Sabzi?

  1. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  2. Then add chopped carrots and mix.

  4. Mix well so all the carrots are coated with masala.
  5. Cover the pan.
  6. And cook it till carrots are 80% cooked.

  8. Mix well. If it looks too dry then sprinkle some water and cover again.
  9. Cook till carrots are cooked all the way through. Subzi is ready to serve. Serving suggestion: This sabzi goes perfect with phulka roti. To make complete healthy meal, also serve dal, rice and kachumber on side.
