🧾 Ingredient Notes

Pineapple: Use the fresh, ripe pineapple to make juice. Most of the time, you’ll get the raw or semi-ripe pineapple from the store, so let it sit on the counter for a few days to ripe. How to check the ripeness? It should have a firm cell but a slightly soft when squeezed. When you smell the bottom side, it should give a fruity, sweet pineapple smell. This is the ripe time to cut your pineapple. Cut the pineapple ahead of time and chill in the refrigerator to get instant chilled pineapple juice. Water: Use chilled, refrigerated water. Or use some water with some ice cubes. Sugar (Optional): If your pineapple is super ripe and sweet then you may not need sugar at all. So always taste and add sugar as needed. Salt: It is optional. Salt brings out the fruit flavor at most.
